All my thoughts and feelings about trying to lose weight, dieting, lifestyle changes...and life. I am going to go back and try to pick up all the major pieces of the puzzles of my story.
I am beginning to realize how many people care about me and were worried about my health. Many have made the comment that I have inspired them...truly each time one of you encourage me I am inspired to get to my goal. It is overwhelming. Thank you!

Just a little side note. If you are reading my blog could you just let me know on FB or on here. I know I know I'm quirky but I just have the need to know if anyone is reading so I can continue on...... Thanks!
Totally reading duh! I love u! If it helps sometimes when my knees and feet and hips hurt and I can't seem to get motivation I use craig...no matter what that kid has NEVER complained I mean NEVER countless surgeries...broken and mended bones..cut ligaments tendons body casts half body casts NEVER complained..cried cuz he didn't want to leave us in the waiting rooms but never complained...he would give anything to feel the grass in his toes,,,dirt on his feet...sticker stuck in his foot from walking without a walker he is an inspiration ...he has always Loved God always...he always wears a smile and talks to everybody whether they stare or laugh at him no matter what...he has a sticker on his chair that I believe sums up the way craig sees life...so simple..GOD is bigger than your problems. Love u lala
